I saved an album on my computer, but do not want to synchronize that all the songs on my iPod. Is it possible to only certain songs you want to transfer, without gain select on the whole album? Thank you in advance.

Yes you can. In iTunes, click File, which add to the left side of the iTunes browser and click on "File to Library."
